Low Carbon Technology Cooperation project

Climate technology cooperation with developing countries takes on ever greater under the 2015 Paris Agreement as a means to combat the global warming. By hosting a regional office of the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), South Korea may seize the initiative in this new industry as well as climate change diplomacy and cooperation with North Korea. This paper explores the practical benefits, challenges and other considerations for such a bold undertaking.
